Modalities
What I actually use
- 01
Jungian and Rogerian
Warmth, safety, and a serious look at how the unconscious shows up as the thought or habit you cannot shake.
- 02
Person-centered, CBT, and DBT
A nonjudgmental room. Cognitive work when thoughts are running the show. DBT skills when regulation is the problem.
- 03
Strength-based and trauma-informed
We use what you already have. We do not rush a trauma story, and we do not take away your choices.I collaborate with the medical team at Clearing Path's when that is appropriate.
- 04
Mindfulness, when it helps
Present-moment attention as a skill, not as a personality. Used where it serves the work.
